STEAM T-Shirt Design Contest
The San Diego Festival of Science and Engineering has an annual t-shirt to commemorate Southern California’s largest science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (steam) festival. This year, students are invited to submit their designs for consideration to be used on our 15th annual festival t-shirt!
WHAT?
Students are invited to submit a design for the 15th Annual San Diego Festival of Science and Engineering
Prize:
- The design printed on the official 2023 San Diego Festival of Science & Engineering T-Shirt
- Festival t-shirt for student
- Student and their family invited to MVP luncheon at the 2023 EXPO Day
- $500 classroom supply stipend for the student's teacher
WHO?
Must be a K-12 student in San Diego County
- You can take part in this year’s contest as long as you’re a K-12 student in the 2022 – 2023 school year
HOW?
Submit a Design (Applications will be taken starting 10/27/22)
To submit your design, email your design with student's full name, school, and grade level to contest@generationsteam.org
Requirements:
- Must be a K-12 student in San Diego County
- Hand-drawn or digital designs accepted
- No larger than 8 x 11 sheet size
- No brand logos or brand words

- Empowering Tinkerers, Explorers, Star Gazers, Dreamers, and Adventurers
- Next Generation of STEAM Visionaries

WHEN?
Key deadlines:
- Submission Deadline
- Submissions are due no later than 12/2/22 at 11:59 PM PST.
- Winner Announced
- The winner will be announced on our social media (@lovestemsd) in December of 2022 (date to be announced).
